I'm trying to remove my old GCash Mastercard then link my new GCash Mastercard but every time I try to link my new GCash Mastercard, I get an error that says "This card was declined. Try different payment method or contact the card issuer". I was able to link and use my new GCash Mastercard in Battle.net and Google but for some reason, only here my GCash Mastercard fails to get linked. My Paypal info is exactly the same to my GCash account.

Please note that sometimes, our security program considers a variety of factors at each transaction/activity to keep you safe. Any activity of adding a card/bank can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity or not safe for your account in the future. However, as per the information that you've shared, it seems like this might be an issue with your card issuer. In this case, I would recommend you contact the Gcash team for further assistance.
