Cannot add WF Credit card to PayPal Bill Pay

Hi,

Been trying to add my Wells Fargo Credit Card to PayPal Bill Pay (More/Pay Your Bills/Add a New bill/Credit Card/Wells Fargo Credit Card Also known as: Wells Fargo Financial).

I enter the card # and the biller's zipcode found on my statement and click Add Your Bill, only to get an error message from PayPal telling me to "Check your info and try again."

Same issue with my other WF card.

Any idea why this is happening? I am able to add other kind of credit cards...

Linking a debit or credit card to a paypal account is not related to Paypal bill pay. I have encountered this exact issue when trying to setup a Chase credit card via paypal bill pay too.
