Crypto not received when sent from PayPal

I purchased some litecoin on PayPal and sent it to an external address. I do this regularly and have the same process every time. I copied the destination address directly and pasted into PayPal to send. PayPal has the transaction listed as complete but it never reached the blockchain. The receiver is willing to credit my payment if I can provide evidence of the address it was sent to and PayPal refuses to provide it… They claim they “guarantee” it was sent but if it was, it would show on the blockchain. It’s not possible that I didn’t copy the full address as it is a one touch copy option - either it copies or doesn’t and I wouldn’t have been able to send it to no address at all. If I told PayPal I sent crypto to my account and it isn’t showing, I would have to provide evidence of the address in order to prove it but I’m supposed to take their word for it? How can I get proof that PayPal actually sent it?
