E-100 error when trying to link payp and fnb

I have been trying to link my PayPal account to the Fnb account for the past week. PayPal is verified and Fnb online account is already set up. But when I click on the PayPal link on the Fnb website, then I get an E-100 Service temporarily unavailable message. I've contacted Fnb but so far no help. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have also tried to login to Fnb with different browsers, still doesn't help.

Hi dude. Did you find a solution yet? I have a paypal acoount with FNB that i used multiple times before. But in the last month that i tried i could not access my paypal. It gives me a e100 error as well

Hey, no not yet. I phoned on Friday and they said I had Fica docs outstanding. So sent that in, but the error is still there. Just phoned now, and apparently they didn't have my phone number linked to the account, and they say that causes the error. So I'm hoping that solves it. Will keep you updated on that.

So that actually worked. I phoned in, and for some reason they hadn't linked my phone number to my account. So OTPs couldn't get sent through. Once they did this, the error went away. Hope this helps.
