Hello, I'm encountering an issue while attempting to link my First Century Bank account to my PayPal business account. The system keeps displaying the message, "This account needs a little help to link it. Contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account." Interestingly, the same account was successfully linked to my PayPal personal account. After deleting it from my personal account, I tried connecting it to my business account without success. I contacted Payoneer to update the bank details to a new First Century Bank account, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter?

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
To add a U.S bank account the bank account has to have been opened on U.S soil.
Advice is voluntary.
