Recently I tried linking my card to a paypal account and apprentaly it's already linked to one. So how would I go about finding what account it's linked into so I can remove it from there?

You can go into the login page for PayPal, click need help logging in. From there say you forgot email, it will prompt you to enter three emails you may have possibly used for PayPal ever. Obviously don't use the one your currently using but one you've used before. Of the three, it will notify you if any are linked to a Paypal account. Once it does, there's your other PayPal your card is probably linked to. I would assume it's an account YOU made previously with it already having your card liked to it. When it pulls up the other account, check if the card is linked to it. If not, I would link a different card to this account you're on now or cancel your debit and order another. Otherwise use your account and routing instead of the card to link your bank.

So you're method worked so thank you for that. But the emails it's connected to is the email I'm trying to get it into. If I look into my wallet there is no cards but apparently the card is there, what should I do from here?

Hey @Jo5467,

Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community.

I understand the confusion that you're feeling with this. There could be a few reasons why your card is being declined. Please refer to this Help Center article for more information. Also, if this card has been used on this or another account before, something may have caused it to become disabled in our system. If there was a charge to this card that failed for insufficient funds, the card could have been blocked from further use. You can always add another debit or credit card

If you still cannot add your card and continue to receive the same error, you can contact us for additional assistance by selecting "Contact," at the bottom of any PayPal page.

I hope that this is resolved for you soon!
