How do I get accessible audio capchas?

When I try to connect my PayPal account to a financial service using MX I only get photo capchas with no audio option. I have some vision problems and I can't solve photo capchas. How do I get audio capchas to access my PayPal account? Is there an account setting that will fix this?

I got my account connected a while back with the help of a friend, but it's disconnected. I'm still not getting any accessible way of connecting my account through MX. I've talked to YNAB and they say all of the verification in the popup window is on PayPal's end.
I've attached the capcha prompts I'm getting. I can't read anything on the capcha, I can't make it larger, and I've tried guessing but failed five in a row. There is no link for an audio capcha so I basically can't pull data from my account at all. What am I supposed to do? Is there a PayPal account setting I can use to get an accessible MX login verification?
