How do I get cash from my account

I once went into Walmart withdrew cash from my account. But now I can’t figure how to do that. I don’t want to xfer cash to a cc. I just want to withdraw cash.

Furthermore, if you can apply for a PayPal Debit card, you can withdraw up to $400.00 USD from your account from an ATM each day.
