How do I pay PayPal credit when PayPal doesn't connect to either of my banks?

I have a PayPal Credit account that I need to keep paying down. I closed my old bank account because I don't need it anymore. 

My current bank accounts are Chime and PNC, but apparently PayPal hasn't connected to either. 

This is pretty ridiculous that they can't connect to PNC because PNC is listed among their main bank integrations. How do I go about paying down my PayPal Credit account when PayPal refuses to connect to either of my current accounts? There has to be a solution.
