How to convert GBP to USD???

I sold a computer and the guy that bought it is from London. He paid through PayPal but sent GBP How can I convert it to USD??? Please help

If the money arrived as GBP and you hold a GBP currency balance and you want to convert some or all of it to move to USD balance…

To transfer some or all of your balance to another currency:

1. Go to Wallet.
2. Click Convert currency below the currency you want to convert.
3. Enter the amount you want to convert and click Next.
4. Click Convert Now.

If you were sent money in a currency different from your primary currency, PayPal auto converts it for you upon receipt.
