How to set up direct debit mandate to JP Post Bank account?

I have registered my JP Post Account but the Continue to Your Bank's Website link is not working.
Is there any way to solve this?

I have the same problem. I did follow the instructions on clearing cache, and even used other browsers like Google Chrome and Safari. But I still have the same problem "We can't finish setting up your Direct Debit Mandate right now". I have also tried removing the bank (JP Post) and registering it again. None worked. Please help.
