I am having a problem. Trying to link my Payoneer card with my Paypal account, but Paypal is refusing. I contacted the support through the direct chat and the officer told me that the problem is with Payoneer. I have then contacted Payoneer and they have checked my card and told me that there is no problem. They think the problem is with Paypal's cache memory because I have already used that card to withdraw funds to it. They have suggested that I contact Paypal again and tell them this. I am trying to contact Paypal through messages and for three days now, no one is responding. What should I do?
