I can't link card from old account to new account

Hello, I am having a problem, I made a new personal account and I am trying to move my debit card from here to there I removed it and I tried putting in on a new account but it says "This Card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." I tried another time but also the same thing is happening, I can't use any other payment method I have only a debit card.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to link your debit card to your new PayPal account. It usually takes 24 hours for the system to update the changes in your account. If you have removed your card from your old account, please wait for 24 hours and try to link it to your new account.
