I can't see the 4 digit Paypal code for confirm card.

I can't see the 4 digit Paypal code for confirm card. When I check the card statement it said "CUSTOMER POSRETAIL-32[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]-TRXCODE-" Instead of PP code

I also check the gmail and phone, I can't see they send anything even I used 3 times for another code but still the same result

Still not working, I check the recent card statement only to see the weird code not Paypal or PP 4 digit code

Welcome to the PayPal Community and thanks for the help @kernowlass! Sorry to hear that you're not getting the code to complete the confirmation process. The 4-digit code will reflect in your card statement in 2-3 business days. I suggest you to try to check the code by accessing your card through the bank webpage. A new PayPal code may be requested up to three times. As you've already tried for 3 times, please contact your card issuer to get the latest code to complete the confirmation process.
