I don't have the "Link Card or Bank Account" button. From Morocco.

I am from Morocco, live in Morocco and don't have the option to leave the country. I have a US bank account that I have acquired online. I want to link it to Paypal. The button under "Wallet" that should say "Link Card or Bank Account", is just "Link Card" for me. Why don't I have the option to add a bank account ?
I don't know if this is relevant but I already have a card linked to my account. I can't withdraw Paypal balance with this card. It's just not an option according to the bank that issued me the card. There is no bank in Morocco that gives you option to withdraw Paypal money aside from one bank which requires you are legally registered as an entrepreneur which I am not.

The option to add a local bank account is not available in every country.

However most countries can add U.S bank accounts as paypal is a U.S company and allows that option for its citizens living internationally.

The U.S bank account has to have been opened on U.S soil, you can't add a virtual/online account like payoneer or wise.

Thank you, I appreciate your willingness to help. But it seems that I was misinformed, and that there's an easy and straightforward way to withraw money from Paypal to my Moroccan card.

I didn't say you could not withdraw to a card. Your question was about linking a bank account which I correctly answered.

Also if you can't withdraw to any card you added then just try another one.
