Is Walmart excluded from the PayPal debit card 5% grocery category?

I have the grocery category selected for the 5% back on my PayPal debit card. I've made three purchases with this card at Walmart, only for grocery items. One of those times, I completed the purchase on the Walmart website directly through the PayPal app. Nothing as showed up in the rewards section of the PayPal app; no rewards, no history, no pending transactions, nothing. Is Walmart excluded from the PayPal debit card 5% grocery category?

I just recently got a PayPal debit card and I’m using the 5% on groceries. We do about 60% of our grocery shopping at Walmart and I have not seen any rewards on the one delivery purchase I made recently. The rewards for purchases I’ve made at my local grocery store appear immediately, though. Maybe the Walmart points will appear later (according to the fine print) but for now it seems Walmart is a bust.

I'm stuck at home for medical reasons and have to buy all my groceries via Walmart home deliveries, so I got the PP debit card for that purpose. So far, I've had no cash back from any groceries when choosing that monthly category, even though I have had cash back on 'special' Walmart cash back week-long deals that were groceries. If I can't get cash back for Walmart groceries category, I'll have to cancel the card and use a card that will give me cash back for Walmart groceries.
