Linking virtual Payoneer US bank account.

Hello,

I am trying to link a virtual payoneer US bank account. When I try so, I receive this message: "This account needs a little help to link it. Contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account". I tried using Edge and Chrome browsers, the same message keeps appearing.

Any help is much appreciated.

Paypal does not support Wise or Payoneer (or other virtual banks), you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
