Hello to all, I am trying to top up my Paypal account with an IBAN transfer from my Bank. Paypal is providing some information under the Transfer money section of the account like: Paypal (Europe), IBAN, BIC, etc.
However, my online banking systems (HSBC) asks for more information, like: Payee Name, Country, Address, etc. How should I procced?
You haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately we can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
