Hi.
I used to have my Bank of America Checking Acct linked to my PayPal, but at some point it became unlinked, and now I'm unable to re-add it. My savings account (from the same BoA user account) is linked without issue.
Attempted:
- Through the Add Bank Account UI (through Yodlee) > it finds the checking account then returns the following error:
"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later".
- Through PayPal Assistant > After manually entering the account/routing number, it returns the following error:
"We couldn't add your bank account because some banks aren't supported by PayPal. We can confirm most banks and credit unions. Unfortunately, there are some banks that aren't compatible with PayPal, including most online only or prepaid banks."
- Remove savings and re-auth through Yodle > I've attempted removing my Savings account from PayPal, revoking PayPal (Yodlee)'s 3rd party access from my Bank... and re-add both going through the Add Bank Account UI, it successfully re-adds the savings, but the checking account returns the same error:
"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later".
Any ideas?
