PayPal Business account Saudi Arabia can't link a card

I want to use PayPal for my business. However, I can't link a card to my account. Are there any special terms for PayPal cards if my business is in Saudi Arabia? I have Saudi and UAE bank cards, but can't link any of them

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a Paypal account registered in the country where you live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

I already have all the details in my profile, all I have to do is link my card.

1. Do I understand correctly that with a Saudi-registered account I cannot link a UAE bank card? Saudi only?

2. If yes, where can I see the details of the Saudi-Bank card requirements? I see a lot of information that I can't make withdrawals on Saudis card

3. Also am I correct that I can't connect directly to a Saudis bank account?

The billing address of the card has to match the details on your paypal account.

So your UAE card would need to be registered with a Saudi address if that is the address on your paypal account.

You would have to check what you can add in your country, some countries can't link local bank accounts only cards, some can add both and the same for withdrawing funds.
