PayPal debit card application problems

Each time I try to apply for a PayPal Debit Card, the page keeps on refreshing and refreshing yet I don’t get any success, what can I do?

You need a balance account to apply for one, have you set that up?

Hi sorry for being late in my reply, yes I do have a PayPal Balance account.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
