PayPal disabled my bank account because my bank account

Hi All PayPal fellows,I hope All of you are fine. For the last two weeks I'm trying to contact PayPal either direct message tab or email.Contact through email is not working while whenever I'm trying to message directly the ai assistant says All the PayPal agents are currently offline.I tried a lot but no way is possible to contact PayPal. I'm contacting them for reactivating my bank account, PayPal disabled my bank account because my bank declined the payments used for verification.

Hard to advise as you have not said which country you are in so............

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with reactivating your bank account and contacting the team. If there's any failed transfers, PayPal system may disable the bank account from your PayPal account to avoid risk and you may get your bank re-enabled in the system by speaking with the support team. You can follow the options given by @kernowlass to contact the team during business hours or check this link for the available options to contact the team. Also, please note that its not always a guarantee that the disabled bank can be re-enabled. You can also try to add a different bank account or card to your PayPal account to process the payments.
