PayPal to GCash Cash-In Still Under "Maintenance" 09/2023?

I really made an account here just to vent and maybe get some answers (haha). Does anyone know how long GCash's "PayPal is temporarily under maintenance" gig will go for? From here, Reddit, and random FB groups I read that that GCash seems to be having frequent PayPal connectivity and transaction issues recently that can go on for DAYS---which is something I really can't do right now. I am in DIRE need of funds and all the money I have to my name is stuck sitting in PayPal because I don't have a bank account to transfer it to. It sucks because GCash has been so reliable with the instant transfers and now that I need it the most it up and went Avatar (the classic dude with the arrow not the blue ones!).

And oh! I'm not actually sure if GCash is the issue this time around, it could really be PayPal, but heck, I checked PayPal's website and app and there's no official sign saying they're currently under maintenance so I think it's mainly the PayPal to GCash shtick that has the issue. 😞
