Paypal Top Up through Ideal not working: Service not available for your paypal account. How do I fix this? I tried to add money through my bank but that didnt work, so I detached my bank and now I cant attach it anymore as it says it is already attached to the max amount of paypal accounts... WTH

You can only add/remove a bank account to any paypal account x3 times in that banks lifetime, after that you can't add it again.

Nope, no fix.

According to Paypal the problem is a malfunction within the IDEAL systems.

And that's why Paypal decided to block that function.

According to them there is an option to use a bank transfer. That doesn't work in my case.

They're very sorry for the "inconvenience"...bla bla.

I am afraid that they don't really care.
