Hi, I made a paypal account a couple weeks ago and now when I wanted to use it and tried to link a BMCI reflex visa card. It said that I should confirm my card so when I tried to, it showed a page that says I'd look for a small charge on my card after I request a code so when I click "request a code". It says "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." And I waited then I clicked again but still the same problem even when I tried after a day and disabled all extensions on my browser.
