How do I turn OFF Set up once. Pay faster next time.
I used to be able to choose which payment method with eBay, now it never asks.
eBay or PayPal, not sure which now seems to require me to choose which payment method to use and does not prompt me for which to use.

I have multiple cards and bank accounts setup in PayPal. When I purchase something from eBay, I want to choose witch payment method to use each time I check out. Now in eBay, it required me to choose a Payment method in Paypal and does not prompt me any longer.
