USAA - Link my account to Paypal

How can I link my USAA account to PayPal. It does not allow me to use the routing number nor account number as it mentions

Is it a virtual / digital bank account that paypal unfortunately may not accept?

USAA is a very large bank that serves 13.5+ million military/veterans members with banking, insurance, investment & retirement worldwide. I would say it is Not an online/virtual bank since I did walk in and used the drive thru at the San Antonio location. I was able to link Zelle instead and have had no issues. Hopefully PayPal comes around….
