USAA and PayPal

Anyone else having issues with USAA and PayPal? It is showing connected and looks like the funds were taken out, but then they are reversed. Haven’t had this issue before and I have been using both for over two years.

Unfortunately, your customer service department is ZERO help. I had several called to customer service, one for over an hour with my banking specialist on the line with me and your department still couldn’t figure out what was going on. I was promised a call by a supervisor within 15 minutes after my call was escalated twice to a higher department… and they never called back. Very disappointed with how things are being handled. I have wasted so much time on chats, calling PayPal, calling my bank and I have gotten no where. PayPal blames USAA, USAA blames PayPal. Weirdest thing is my funds can be transferred from PayPal to my bank, and I can see my bank in my wallet, I just can’t use it to pay for anything.
