Using my visa on a newly created account to make a purchase instantly

I added my visa card to my PayPal account I am trying to make a purchase on line that is urgent and I need to make the payment immediately can I load money for my visa instantly to my account I keep trying but it s ays I have to link my card and something about waiting two to four days to get a code of my statement for her a $2 charge to confirm my identity and card. Is there some way to tighten use my PayPal account instantly because the vendor I am attempting to buy from only accept PayPal and I need to make the purchase tonight for express delivery

You would need to confirm the card first as per link.

Don't you have any linked and confirmed bank accounts or cards already on your paypal account? If you do then you just pay and paypal will credit the seller upfront and paypal will wait for the funds to process to them. That is only however if you have a back up linked and confirmed debit or credit card on your paypal account.

 

Failing that you could try asking a family member or close mate with a paypal account to 'send' you the funds to your paypal balance. Make sure that they use the friends/family option AND NOT the goods/services one. However that may only work instantly if they fund it via cleared funds in their paypal balance OR via a card (and pay the fee). If they fund it from a bank account (free) you may have to wait for the echeque to clear.

 

There is also a risk if they do use that option that paypal may randomly review it for 24 hours, so make sure they put a message in it stating its a 'gift' of money and not a payment for something.
