Where is the wallet section on my Paypal account page

I still cant find the wallet section to cancel an ongoing payment.  I have read everything i can find but the page must have been worked on because any reference to three lines or dots or that gear simply can not be found by me.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have a business account so you have to tap “business help” button on the Help Center page to get the correct information or use this link.

In the search bar there, type “cancel” to pull up relevant topics.

The Wallet section (under Paid & Get Paid) does not list your transactions where you can possibly cancel a transaction, it just lists your linked payment methods.  Go to the Activity page, click on Pending/Unclaimed transaction with a cancel link to cancel (if payment is Pending/unclaimed without a cancel link, the money will be returned after 30 days unclaimed) or click on a “completed” transaction and click “Report a problem” to open a dispute.

A “completed” status payment cannot be canceled. You’ll have to request a refund from recipient or open a dispute. 
A withdrawal transfer request cannot be canceled once initiated. You can add the money back to PayPal, once the withdrawal completes.

An add money transfer cannot be canceled once initiated. You can withdraw the money once added to your PayPal account.
