Which countries can trade crypto with paypal and which ones can send crypto to other wallets?

How do I know which countries are eligible for trading crypto with PayPal? I am from Greece and want to buy some ETH with PayPal. However, both on PC and mobile I don't get the ''crypto'' option or the ''finances'' option respectively. Also, if you do have an answer to my issue, please consider telling me which countries are eligible for sending crypto to other wallets. (My browser is Google Chrome, I haven't added a credit card or a bank accont yet, but a friend who has send me a screenshot of his paypal and it looks the exactly same with mine, no crypto or services option).
