Why don't I see my uChoose rewards when linking my Vystar card?

I have a Vystar debit card with 32K uChoose redeemable points as verified by uChoose portal. The uChoose portal has an option to link my debit card with associated points to my Paypal account. Per the uChoose site the narrative shows "Once linked, you'll see your available reward balance and an option to use your uChoose Rewards® affiliated debit or credit card for eligible purchases when you check out with PayPal." I've followed the process multiple times but never see any points or associated cash value. My Paypal balance always shows $0.00. Anyone know what could be wrong? Thanking in advance!

Hello @giguy2002

Welcome to the PayPal Community! This sounds like a pretty confusing situation for sure. I know when I linked my own rewards card with PayPal, it took a day or two to see the rewards as an option to be able to use. Normally, it won't show in your PayPal balance, but as a funding source when you go to make a purchase.

You may even see it in your Wallet when you click on your Vystar card? If you have any cashback rewards or points you can use as funding source, you should normally see them listed there.

I hope that helps! You may also want to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance if you're still running into road-blocks.

Good luck!

Thank you for the quick response! Do I also need to set the Vystar card as the preferred payment option or not required to see the rewards points? Thank you.

Welcome back, @giguy2002. You should not need to set that card as a preferred payment method to see the rewards points. However, you will most likely need to choose that card at checkout to see the option to pay with those cashback rewards / reward points.

Have a great day!
