You already have your TSB bank account in your paypal

I recently created PayPal credit account and used payment with 4 months with 0% interest service. I want to pay back some of it so I go to my PayPal account-> PayPal credit. I have 0 money in there so I go to PayPal credit -> set up direct debit. I have used my bank to purchase hundreds of items with PayPal before so I know that my bank is linked but in the payment method my bank account is not listed so I try to add it but I get the message “you already have you tab bank accounts in PayPal”. Can someone help please? This doesn’t make sense to me at all. 1. Why won’t my bank account show in the payment method in PayPal credit? 2. Why can’t I add my bank account to PayPal credit?
