No is the first answer that comes to mind. It is not possible to send a PayPal payment through Zelle and vice versa. The remotely closest thing is transferring your PayPal balance to your linked bank account which does not require Zelle at all. How are you thinking of using Zelle with PayPal, to be specific?
Zelle is a service that facilitates transfers/payments between bank accounts. I cannot see how PayPal would figure into that process with Zelle.
