I can't find chase bank when they ask to "add a bank"? Am I missing something. I went through the help texting and entered account and routing but received no deposits like they said I would. confused as to how chase is not searchable by chase or jp morgan chase

It's now September and chase is still not showing up as a bank to add to my account. This is ridiculous and i'm now starting to think that something is going on between Paypal and Chase because there's no logical reason the problem shouldn't be fixed by now

Same problem here. I was already linked to CHASE but needed to change the account. There was no way to change it so I did the only thing that the sw would allow - I deleted it completely thinking I could easily add it as a new account. Now I have nothing. To anyone listening - this is unaccepatble as is the inability to pose a question and/or have it answered in any way. Dump these guys. I hope Elon [Removed] Mars lander is a little more user friendly. Any suggestions for a better service for a small business?

A work around is to search for chase, when nothing is found it will give you an option to manually add your account details. It will then ask for your account number and routing number. It will then start a process of sending you deposits and withdrawls to verify the account which can take up to a week but it should work.

No, that doesn't work either. It gives an error message: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." Every time, for months now.
Ridiculous that we have to pay a fee to receive our own money. It lets you instantly transfer to a Chase debit card and pay the 1.25% or request a check sent via mail for $1.50 (what a waste of resources, btw). I refuse, on principle. It was annoying, but I transferred to another account, then to Chase from there. Smh.

I've had my JPMorgan Chase checking account attached to my PayPal account for almost 2 years. I recently changed to a new checking account at Chase, but when I try to add it, Chase isn't listed in the banks available, and when I manually add, it says "error, contact us to add." I went through the chat assistant and it said it also couldn't add due to unspecified security issues and to try from a device I have logged into PayPal before. Other than occasionally on my phone, this is the only device I've used to access this account. I've noticed numerous issues like mine dating all the way back to 2021. What is the issue and when is PayPal going to fix this connection? Chase is a global bank!!! Thanks.

Try this, worked for someone else.
Go to Citibank, and then click on (add bank another way) and then you can enter your routing and account number, then you can add Chase!!!
Advice is voluntary.
