according to my latest Paypal statement, I have over 10,000 points in rewards. When I went into my account to redeem them, there were 0 reward points. please advise

PayPal is looking into it w/ their rewards team.

I also asked them for the Synchrony Bank's telephone #. Perhaps if I directly talked to someone there, they could clear this up.

No, I haven't redeemed any of the points I've accumulated over the last couple of months & they have not expired.

1st time I've ever had a problem since I've been w/ PayPal. over 20 years.
