my account got limited and then permanently limited around 3 years ago. Support told me that I would receive a message on email about how to withdraw the money that I currently have to my card after 6 months from limitation. it's been 3 years already and I've not got any message that would teach me how to withdraw the money, problem is the card that was linked I removed it, even tho I cannot link a new one anymore.
