That is a great question! I will make this answer short and sweet. The 1099-K form will be available anytime from today until the middle of February. Just keep checking your PayPal account for the form.

Sorry for any confusion.  Great question!  The 1099Ks will be post marked before February 1st, 2012 .  Hopefully the physical 1099K will arrive very soon after that but there's always the possibility for mail delays.  Receiving it mid February would be a worst case scenario.

The online 1099K should be available around the same time the physical form is mailed.
