First, Paypal employees do not read  or answer these boards.  You need to explain your post better so we know exactly what's going on?  Is the payment being seen as pending in your Paypal account?  Are funds being held??  If so, several things have to happen before the funds will be released to the seller. 

1. Seller needs to shipthe package with delivery confirmation. 

2. Seller enters tracking number in paypal account, (if using online shipping this is automatic)

3.  Only AFTER recieving your package, You may need to leave feedback to insure ebay that you are a satisfied customer.

If this is not the issue, then call Paypal.  Click on the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the Paypal website.
