About 2 years ago, I opened a second paypal account with my new married name and my new email address.
When I decided to sell on ebay a couple weeks ago, I had forgotten that my ebay account isn't linked with my accessible paypal account, so an ebay member's payment is either sitting in an account I can't access so I can't refund her money to her, or her payment never went through. I am unsure.
How I can access my paypal account if I can't remember the answers to my security questions and dont have my old banking account info?
