ok so i made a pay pal account a few days ago in expectation that i'd be buying something from ebay... soo i win the auction and get the item... i click pay using pay pal (the only option for payment) and guess what....

Soooo i keep trying to login and PAY for it but i am constantly stopped by this message after i enter my password...
