Every time I have to contact Paypal or Ebay it is beyond difficult.
Upon receiving a post card notifying me that Ebay will discontinue sending paper statements, I called the number printed ON THE CARD to opt out and to continue receiving paper statements. This number offered no option to do so, and only stated that I have already been opted IN by cardservice, and to hang up and call another number. A comlpete and utter waste of time today, and every time I have to contact ebay, or paypal.
Because of this kind of service, Amex gets my business. $4000+ per month consistently. To heck with crappy service.
