I can't be sure this is the reason since I have not been blocked from bidding, but there are some sellers who will not accept bids from buyers who do not meet certain criteria. There may be a reason that seller has blocked some bidders in general. For instance, I do not accept bids from those with negative feedback in the last month, do not sell to all countries, and there are other things as well that a seller can specify. I have not looked lately, but having a low feedback score was not one of the things. The sellers who do not accept bids from those with less than 10 or 20 fb usually state that in the auction and ask you to contact them prior to bidding. The reason they do that is that a high percentage of negative feedback comes from new people who do not contact the seller first if they have a problem with anything to do with the transaction. That does not sound like the reason you could not bid, but contact that seller and ask them if they have certain buyers blocked that fit within a certain criteria.
