I sold an item listed on eBay.
Why is the customer's name on eBay's shipping information different from the name listed on the PayPal page?
In the past, when an item sold, I received an email from eBay on my eBay messages page and an email to my gmail account. Recently, I've noticed I only receive a confirmation email through gmail that an item has sold.
Has eBay changed their notification process?
I would truly appreciate any advice, suggestions, and/or opinions.
