I had a second chance offer on ebay and it expired, however i have communicated with the seller and he has sent me an invoice through paypal not ebay because it would not let him offer it to me again. Will i be safe to purchase entirely through paypal as long as in the description it has the ebay item number that im paying for. This is for $4,000 and i want to be safe and not take a loss.
