for the last couple of weeks whenever I bought anything on ebay and tried to pay for it with paypal I get an error saying "sorry we cannot complete your request at this time. error code #10725". I have not changed anything on my ebay or my paypal accounts so I don't understand why I am getting an error. I have been using ebay and paypal for years without any problems. when I searched this error code on the paypal site it said it has to do something with the shipping address country field. This doesn't make any sense. I didn't change my country and when selecting my country it's a drop down menu, so how can that be a mistake???
Does anyone know what this is about??? It's driving me nuts. I have no problems using paypal independantly...like I can send money for ebay items from paypal, but some sellers on ebay require immediate payment, so for those I can't even do it unless I can checkout through ebay.
