Seriously? I bought a Visa debit/gift card so I could buy something off of ebay, from a seller who ONLY accepts Paypal, and i can't use this brand new card.

Really? Why? Can I use a Mastercard for it? I KNOW I've used gift/debit cards on here before! I can't have it take the 1.95 from paypal and the rest from the card because thre seller accepts only paypal

You can link and confirm a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card and use it to fund your PayPal payment, or... if the gift card is accepted by PayPal, you can use it to fund your PayPal payment. PayPal will take the $1.95 from your PayPal account balance and the rest will come from the gift card.
