I made a withdrawal request to my Vietnam bank account on Oct 31 and then made a subsequent request for another amount on Nov 6. It’s now 2 weeks since my first request and the money still has not come yet. What I should do, I cannot find a way to contact PayPal customer services. When I visit the Messaging Support Center they always reply with the bot and do not give any useful information. I also cannot call the customer service number

Please give me advice or anything that I can do. Thank you very much.
