Hi, I’m trying to use PayPal to pay for goods. Unfortunately, when I try to do that it says: “Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you”. If I call the number they give me the robot starts speaking in Portuguese. However, I don’t know Portuguese and I’m unable to understand what robot says. That’s because I’m a new resident in Portugal and didn’t learn the language yet. Is there any way to somehow reach a real English speaking human to do this identity verification? Are there any other ways to pass Identity verification for people who don’t speak Portuguese? Thank you!
