I'm trying to cash a check of around $3000 on paypal's Cash a Check feature, after successfully taking the screenshots of the front and back in the app, they show me the amount, which I confirm and select to receive in minutes. They then tell me to VOID the check and send another screenshot to actually receive the funds. Afterwards, the app goes into the verification process for about 3 minutes just to tell me it was denied. But how is it denied if it went through?? This keeps happening and I really need this fund, is there any way to resolve this issue??
